Our patented Rotobrush Cleaning System has a flexible cleaning hose that reaches even the wrinkles and crevices of flex duct found in some systems. Our deep cleaning method is the only one that power brushes the ducts and vacuums at the same time.  We manipulate the rotating brush back and forth all the way to the plenum and then back out again. The Rotobrush breaks dust and residue loose much like you would do by hand. It’s strong vacuum nozzle sucks up the dirt and even heavy debris, depositing it safely in a self-contained dust reservoir that we dispose of properly when the cleaning is done.  Our process will improve the indoor air quality so you have the fresh, clean, healthy air that you and your family deserve. Register cleaning and vent cleaning are also a part of our deep cleaning process. We remove the registers and air vents, spray them with a degreasing and sanitizing detergent, then rinse, dry, and re-install them.

We use two different types.  EnviroCon is a Bacteriostat, Fungistat and Deodorizer. This product is EPA-registered for use in HVAC systems. Lint build-up can cause reduced airflow, which in turn causes overheating. When this happens the high temperature limit safety switch cycles on and off. Most switched aren’t designed to cycle on and off continuously which can cause them to fail.     The Consumer Products Safety Commission estimates that there are an estimated annual 15,500 fires, 10 deaths, and 310 injuries associated with clothes dryers. This also produces over $84,000,000 in property damage.

Accumulation of lint and reduced exhaust airflow provide conditions ripe for a fire. Lint is highly combustible. Lint is also one of the main ingredients in a recipe for homemade fire starters.

Proper airflow can decrease drying time, thus decreasing operating costs. It helps the dryer to operate efficiently, which can extend the life of the appliance.     An extra bonus is that closes dry at a lower temperature and in less time. This will help to prevent unnecessary wear and tear on closing, thus extend their life.

Almost everyone with a dryer!     Especially those homes with dryers located on inside walls or those located in second floor laundry rooms. These centralized locations cause dryers to be vented greater distances up to 50 feet. This can result in lint build-up and other obstructions which can seriously affect the performance of dryers.     Most of the dryer manufacturers recommend annually cleaning of the dryer vents, for the dryer to work at maximum efficiency.  If you have an older home you may have a duct system that is possibly more restrictive than today’s standards.
